I love to write about HERBS and HERBAL REMEDIES, with a special focus on the latest medical and scientific evidence based articles and new developements.

Recently my attention and interest were captivated by AYURVEDA, Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine and Japanese Kampo about which I'm spending some hours reading scientific articles and literature.
